Brian Atyeo

Brian M. Atyeo was born and raised in Toronto. He worked as a freelance artist during his highschool years before moving to Calgary to take a position as an illustrator’s apprentice. Not long after, Atyeo ventured on his own to open B.A. Architectural Rendering Services.

Over the next few years, business grew into a profitable multi-purpose illustration and interior design firm. Becoming more successful and surrounding himself with highly competent associates, Brian freed his time to pursue his creative endeavors.

By 1980, Atyeo was showing his work in Calgary, Edmonton & Toronto, devoting his time fully to painting. Without the constraints of business, he could focus on creative painting and workshop instruction.

This young and dynamic painter is known for his unique style and ability to capture the beauty and the raw edge of his landscapes with aggressive color and forms.

Brian Atyeo is a member of The Canadian Society of Painters and Watercolours (CSPWC) and the Ontario Society of Artists (OSA).
